Italian glass cane carafe

This is a beautiful tactile piece of glass.

I think that it is a carafe rather than a vase (the inside of the neck has not been ground so it was not made with a stopper) and I believe that it is Italian, possibly Venini.

The round foot is made of clear glass with a white cane that spirals round the foot.
The foot is edged with a turquoise & white corkscrew cane.
Between the foot & the baluster shaped body is a clear glass disc.
The body is made of clear glass with a white cane that spirals from the base of and all the way round the baluster and up the neck.

The neck is finished with a tricorn shaped lip that is edged with a turquoise & white corkscrew cane.
It is not signed.
